I have been practicing 18 years in various styles such as Iyengar, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Hatha, and this has helped enhance a common ground from which one can derive from and enhance one's practice based on one's needs.

No. This workshop is beginner-friendly and suitable for people with little or no yoga experience.
You will need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a small open space to practice comfortably.
No, recording will not be provided. We encourage participants to attend the live session to get the full benefit of guided practice.
The workshop will be conducted live online, where you can follow the yoga practices step-by-step with guidance.
